Khimji Ramdas walks the extra mile for cancer awareness

KR employees and their families in Muscat marched together in solidarity at the "Beat your feet for cancer defeat" walk organized by National Association for Cancer Awareness (NACA).

Kanak Khimj, Director, Khimji Ramdas said, "Khimji Ramdas has always shown solidarity and support for noble initiatives carried out by the National Association for Cancer Awareness. We continue to express our sincere appreciation and support for the outstanding work done by Ms. Yuthar Al-Rawahi, Founder and Chairperson and her team from the NACA. Events such as these act as a platform for our employees to come forward, collaborate and extend their voice to support and create awareness on social issues."

KR has always been a strong votary and avid supporter of such community events aimed at social awareness and well-being. But it is probably the first time that the corporate has mobilized its own staff in large numbers to participate in this noble initiative.

The KR Participants in the event enjoyed a refreshing three-kilometre walk and wore customized T.shirts for the event, so that the entire KR contingent could be clad in similar attire to pledge support for this noble cause.
