- PRESS RELEASE
Khimji's Mart, the largest supermarket chain in the Sultanate, added one more jewel to its crown by opening its 27th store in Al Mawaleh North on 20th Feb 2013. The new concept flagship store, inaugurated by Mrs. Adil Ghouse and Mrs. Kanak Khimji covers an area of 3500 sq. ft, and is part of the Groups Retail expansion plans.
Speaking on the launch, Devendra Kumar, Divisional Manager CPG Retail, Khimji's Mart, said, "We are delighted to introduce this unique concept store to all our customers across the Muscat region, especially to the residents of Al Mawaleh and Al Hail. Vibrant designs and vivid colours personify this outlet's brand new style. We invite our customers to come and experience firsthand the affable ambiance and genuine service. This store will be open from 9 am until 11 pm every day."
At Khimji's Mart, "Customer First" is not just a slogan; it is a continuous process to create unparalleled customer satisfaction. The division lays strong emphases on Omanisation, and recruits most of its staff from the local community. Aptly called 'Your friendly Neighborhood store', Khimji's Mart lives up to its reputation for offering a wide range of product lines at reasonable prices that are sought by a majority of consumers in the Sultanate.
