Kuwait Petroleum Corp (KPC) has awarded US-based Tercon Consulting, Inc. the contract to support the launch and management of a major drive to improve efficiency and to increase profitability at their refinery in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. Under the terms of the deal, consultants from Tercon's global headquarters, and from their affiliate in Brussels, Belgium, will introduce best practices in team and leader development to the Senior Leadership Team and next level leaders to ensure sustained alignment across the organisation during this major change initiative. Additionally, Tercon will periodically employ its proprietary "EXCELerator" metrics-based assessment tools to identify and reduce individual and systemic barriers to change.
