KPMG appoints specialist partner to strengthen oil and gas portfolio

KPMG Lower Gulf announced the appointment of Hilda Mulock Houwer in its Markets Group as an Oil and Gas Sector Specialist Partner.
He also added, "Hilda has over 21 years of experience in consulting and auditing of clients in the Oil & Gas and Mining Industries. She has provided advisory services across the entire oil and gas value chain and has deep knowledge of process transformation, change management, and financial process redesign. I would like to welcome her to the Firm and we look forward to working with her and capitalizing on her expertise."
Hilda was previously with KPMG in Cape Town and Moscow and is the Global Head - Advisory (Oil & Gas). She will be overseeing business development engagements in UAE/Oman and Bahrain/Qatar within the Oil & Gas/Energy sector and the Global firm's Oil & Gas leadership.

Hilda is a qualified member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants and will be based out of KPMG's office in Abu Dhabi.
