Kuwait Stock Exchange finds bottom

The KSE Market Index, after falling 1.6% last week, stabilised Sunday at 5,748 points (unchanged compared to last Thursday's closing). The northern Gulf state's largest lender by assets National Bank of Kuwait or NBK soared 2% to reach KD1.020. Earlier in the day the research of National Bank of Abu Dhabi said that Kuwait's CPI rose by +2.78% in June 2012 compared to June 2011 driven by an increase in food prices(+4.89% year-on-year) and increase in cost of housing services (+1.55% year-on-year).
