A. Lange and Sohne's opens first boutique in Abu Dhabi

Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Suroor bin Mohammed Al Nahyan, A. Lange & Sohne inaugurated its first boutique in the Middle East at the exclusive Avenue at Etihad Towers in Abu Dhabi on 19th November 2012.
A highlight of the well-attended private event was an intricate display of Saxon craftsmanship by a master watchmaker offering guests fascinating insights into the exacting world of A. Lange & Sohne's renowned performance in precision watchmaking.
The opening of this boutique in Abu Dhabi reflects a strong global demand and is confirmation of Lange's prime position among discerning fine watchmaking enthusiasts across the region.
"Avenue at Etihad Towers is the luxury destination in Abu Dhabi, which is why we selected this exclusive location for our first boutique," said Matthieu Dupont.
"This boutique is a true representation of our core philosophy to craft understated and highly sophisticated horological masterpieces with ingenious technical and engineering solutions in a constant quest for perfection, whilst continuously defining precision watchmaking benchmarks," he added.
Visitors are invited to not only experience one-of-a-kind horological masterpieces, but also to immerse themselves in the history and values of the German manufactory's technical innovations and unrivalled artistry.
Following a tradition dating back to 1845, the internationally acclaimed watchmaker has been pursuing one goal: to craft timepieces that epitomise the pinnacle of haute horlogerie. A.
