Great Place to Work launches Leadership Innovation Conference in UAE

Taking place at the H Hotel in Dubai on 5th February, 2013, the conference will help UAE businesses to create high-trust workplaces and strengthen the talent and intelligence of their workforces.

According to research by the global institute, which has been benchmarking the UAE's top employers since 2010, UAE business leaders at all levels are facing significant challenges when trying to find leadership practices that are effective and sustainable, and that ultimately drive employee trust.

The Leadership Innovation Conference has been designed to help middle to senior managers understand best practices in developing and inspiring others to reach their full potential. Based on the theme Innovation and Collaboration for a Winning Workplace, the one-day conference will feature interactive seminars led by alumni of the Institute's Top Companies program as well as leadership experts from around the region.

Among the speakers confirmed to present at the conference are previous Top UAE Companies Microsoft Gulf, who will discuss how to lead the millennial generation, and THE One, who will deliver an inspiring keynote address about how its corporate social responsibility program has helped create its great workplace.

Joining them will be leading corporate strategy and training firm biz-group who will present its Multipliers leadership workshop; and consulting practice InnoVative HR Solutions who will show how to use psychometric testing in the workplace.

Great Place to Work Institute will also launch a preview of its renowned Journey Training, a development program for frontline managers that will help them to implement tactics proven to drive trust in the workplace.

The Leadership Innovation Conference will kick off a year of industry events from GPTW UAE designed to provide business leaders inspiration and ideas on how to build sustainable competitive advantage alongside high-trust workplace cultures.
