With increasing Smartphone penetration in MENA and a strong 60% Smartphone penetration in UAE and KSA, mobile is a critical component of Layalina's digital strategy. A recent Google survey showed 75% of users prefer a mobile-friendly site. The newly launched mobile site - along with a number of other mobile dedicated products in the pipeline - demonstrates Layalina's commitment to this growing medium.

"Our goal is to be the leading Social and Entertainment destination in the Middle East and extending Layalina's reach in the region is our primarily goal. With the launch of our mobile site, Layalina is now a true multi-platform brand combining Offline print magazine, Online, and Social Media," says Majd Suleiman, CEO - AWI Company.

"With the rapid technological development of smart phones and the exponential penetration rate by Arab consumers, it is imperative to offer a mobile companion to the web. The mobile site uses Layalinamag.com's state-of-the-art CMS and offers our visitors a comparable PC and Tablet experience. The mobile site is optimized for the major platforms iOS and Android without the need of a dedicated mobile app," says Anas Abbar, MD - 7awi

"The launch of the mobile site comes as a direct response to customers' needs and the feedback we are getting from markets such as KSA and UAE. We noticed a high increase of visitors surfing our site and social platforms from smart mobile devices and we are confident our mobile offering will answer the expectations of our customers," says Yousef Wadi, Senior Products Executive - 7awi

"The new site is great news for advertisers as well as users. The mobile site offers our advertising partners new opportunities to talk to a highly desirable audience on their mobile phones. Apart from our unique content, we're making it easier for brands to get involved in mobile advertising with the wide range of innovative advertisement and sponsorship solutions," says Imad Lahad, Marketing and Communications Director - 7awi.
