Leadership Development Program kicks off

The course provides a unique opportunity for participants to benefit from one-year of executive coaching allowing them to gain competitive insights that can lead to optimal performance throughout their respective organizations.

The program is presented by CCM Consultancy and Case Western Reserve University's Weatherhead School of Management. The Weatherhead School of Management is renowned for its work in organizational behavior, and one of the program's lead faculty, Dr. Richard Boyatzis, is considered to be a pioneer in Emotional and Social Intelligence. Dr. David Cooperrider, Fairmount Minerals Professor in Social Entrepreneurship, and Dr. Melvin Smith, Associate Professor, Organizational Behavior Faculty Director, Executive Education are also a part of the lead faculty for this executive coaching program.

This one-year 9-day program is delivered in three separate 3-day sessions; the first session begins today and continues until September 26, 2012.

The other two sessions are from January 28-30 and May 27-29, 2013. All three sessions are taking place at The H Hotel (formerly Monarch Hotel) on Sheikh Zayed Road.
