  • PRESS RELEASE

LeasePlan Emirates, the Abu Dhabi based vehicle leasing and fleet management specialist, and Keep it Clean recently announced a partnership to commit to an eco-friendly support initiative by introducing CarBag, a practical anti-litter solution for motorists in the UAE.

LeasePlan will be the first company in the MENA region to team up with Keep it Clean and implement this solution to keep both roads and cars clean. CarBag is an innovative method to prevent the growing environmental problem of roadside littering and a simple and practical tool that is easy to use and replace on a regular basis. CarBag will be used in all LeasePlan car fleets to hygienically collect trash generated while driving.

Thanks to the support provided by LeasePlan, Keep it Clean will be able to provide 10,000 CarBags to be distributed free of charge among partners who will be joining this environmental initiative.

On this occasion, LeasePlan Emirates' General Manager Ajay Narain said: "We are pleased to partner with Keep it Clean to support and encourage public awareness towards safeguarding the environment and LeasePlan will keep focusing on promoting sustainable practices for the continuous progress of green initiatives in the region".

LeasePlan Emirates is a joint venture between Mubadala Development Company PJSC and LeasePlan Corporation N.V., the world's leading vehicle leasing and fleet management company operating with a fleet of more than 1.4 million vehicles in 30+ countries, serving a prestigious international customer base with innovative, flexible leasing and fleet management solutions.
