Lenovo and Mindware set to boost SMB connectivity and productivity

Lenovo, and Mindware the distributor of quality IT products for the Middle East and North Africa, have joined forces to help boost connectivity and productivity amongst the region's small-to-medium business (SMB) sector.
Long recognized as a hallmark for innovation and excellence ThinkPad laptops have been icons in the PC industry for almost two decades, with upwards of 60 million sold thus far. While the ThinkPad design has evolved over the years, customers who need rich configuration and functionality continue to value the design consistency, reliability and durability ThinkPad is known for.
Over the years, ThinkPad has recorded many ground-breaking innovation firsts - from the first spill resistant keyboard and protective roll cage to industry-leading thin and light designs without compromising performance. With ThinkPad Classic designs crafted for especially large businesses, government and education entities and ThinkPad Edge designs for SMB's, each product under the Lenovo's Think range is designed to meet different customer needs.

Lenovo's channel strategy in the region rests on working closely with its partners such as Mindware to bring local insight and ensure brand differentiation whilst additionally helping Lenovo drive the best customer experience at the point of sale.
Through Mindware's extensive reach, the distributor will work with Lenovo to educate and increase sales of Think products starting from April 2013. Mario Gay, General Manager at Mindware, said: "The regions SMB workforces tend to be highly mobile. As a result corporations need to equip their team with products that are robust, durable and lightweight - all key elements of the Lenovo Think range. We believe this partnership will help boost productivity amongst the SMB community, helping put the right technology in their hands to support their growth, development and success."
Lenovo is always keen to expand its channels base through its Partner Network Program. Launched earlier this year, the initiative is designed to skill-up channel partners and strengthen relations across the region by equipping existing and new partners with in depth product knowledge and via online tools and training programs. Mindshare joins the program as Member, Premium and Gold Partner.
