Catalyst Concepts launches in UAE

  • United Arab Emirates: Thursday, February 21 - 2013 at 10:47
  • PRESS RELEASE

Catalyst Concepts, a new life coaching company launched in the UAE, has been developed to cater to the increasing demand for life coaching services in the Middle East. Although the concept of life coaching is still new to this market, it is quickly demanding more attention among those who are looking to become more effective in their professional and personal lives.

The new venture, which was started by two experienced life-coaching experts, Mahyra Roy and Samar Satamian, combined their knowledge of neural and behavioural sciences, neuro linguistic programming, hypnotherapy and other techniques to help businesses and individuals become more focused on their objectives at work and at home.

Mahyra Roy, Catalyst Concepts, said, "Coaching helps define the goal and then find the right solution. Life coaching can be professional or personal. An executive coach can help an individual define their long-term goals, improve their work image, communication skills and work relationships. On a personal front, a life coach determines where a person is today and where they want to be in the future - thereby identifying the gap."

Life coaches work closely with their customers so as to provide tailored services ranging from one-on-one sessions for individuals wanting to re-create their lives, become entrepreneurs or become successful business leaders.

Coaching can take place over a few weeks or few months. The duration of coaching depends on the individual's needs. These sessions are usually conducted in private, but they can also be done over Skype or on the telephone.

Coaching is fast becoming the most popular personal growth tool with both men and women. Many of the world's leaders and celebrities turn to life coaching experts for their help and guidance, including President Obama, Donna Karan, Larry Kind and Oprah Winfrey.
