Maersk launches new container service

Maersk Line, the largest operating unit in AP Moller - Maersk by revenue, is to launch in November its ME4 container service, linking India, the Middle East and the Mediterranean, Lloyd's has reported. The ME4 port rotation will be Jebel Ali, Nhava Sheva (Jawaharlal Nehru), Jeddah, Malta, Algeciras, Tangier, Genoa, Jeddah and back to Jebel Ali. The Danish carrier said the new service would use vessels of 4,500teu.
