MBC Group, in partnership with CitrussTV, launches World of Shopping on its online platform

Following the success that 'Alam Al Tasawuq' (World of Shopping) has achieved on air, MBC Group, and in partnership with CitrussTV.com, the largest shopping network in the MENA region have decided to extend the tele-shopping experience to the Groupfs online platform, with the launch of www.mbc.net/worldofshopping.
The eShop showcases all products that have been televised on World of Shopping, along with other additions, allowing visitors to purchase their desired items through a safe and easy checkout module. Visitors can also view images in high resolution, watch product videos and read through the description and features of each product, in order to make informed buying decisions.
Nicolas Bruylants, Managing Director of Citruss TV comments, "This is just one step in the leap towards a heightened online presence for the programme. We continue to strive towards meeting the expectations of our customers with every decisive step we take forward in enhancing the convenience associated with our network, thus far MBC has been invaluable in this journey."

With over 70 products displayed on the website currently, and new products being launched every week; the eShop aims at attracting curious shoppers. The website is bi-lingual and easy for English and Arabic visitors to navigate. Moreover, visitors will enjoy several social media contests organized by World of Shopping, in addition to receiving a newsletter with all the latest news and products on the eshop.
