Microsoft and Columbus co-hosts CRM Roadshow

Columbus, one of the leading consultancy firms for Microsoft Dynamics Solutions (NAV, AX & CRM), hosted an Extended CRM (xRM) Roadshow with Microsoft for business professionals and organizations from across a cross section of industries with special focus on retail, manufacturing, professional services contracting industry verticals.

The event focussed on how organizations can improvize customer client or any busniess relationship experience in the continous changing business scenarios using Microsoft Dynmics CRM. The xRM solution can be leveraged to add value to the businesses in various industries and provide seamless interaction with customers to boost sales, improve marketing initiatives and providing a 'WOW' experience to the end users.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM from Columbus, is helping organisations to enhance their productivity by collaborating across complex organizations and channels, meet customer needs more effectively and respond rapidly to changing market demands.
