Milaha posts QR637m in nine-month profit

Qatar Navigation (Milaha) has reported a 9% rise in net profit to QR637.44m in the first nine months of this year, Gulf Times has reported. Operating revenues rose 4% to QR1.75bn, while operating profit soared 19% to QR451.98m. Total assets were valued at QR13.97bn comprising current assets of QR2.77bn and non-current assets of QR11.20bn, while total equity stood at QR10.64bn on a capital base of QR1.15bn and earnings-per-share was QR5.57 at the end of September 30, 2012.
