Minister of Industry and Commerce Dr Hassan Abdullah Fakhro has hailed initiatives of the private sector in Bahrain to enhance commercial activities and provide the public with their requirements of various products and services.
He highlighted this during the official inauguration of Waitrose supermarket at the Walk mall in Riffa on Thursday morning under his patronage.
The Minister was received by the General Manager of Fine Food Company Johannes Holtrhausen.
The event was attended by British Ambassador Iain Lindsay, businessmen and Ministry officials.
