Mobily adopts national talents through Mobily Elites programme

Etihad Etisalat (Mobily) launched the first phase of its pioneer Mobily Elites programme (ME) which seeks to attract and develop young local talents to contribute in Mobily's overall vision.
Dr. Hamad Al Hashimi, Mobily's Chief Executive of Human Resources, emphasized that the launch of this programme is an embodiment of Mobily's faith in Saudi youth and their promising qualifications and talents who are looking forward to grasp the right opportunity in the world of innovation and development.
He added that the Saudi youth will carry on the responsibility and will contribute in Mobily's success and uniqueness.
Mobily has the solid base experience that assures the launch of the first phase of Mobily Elite programme. In the current year Mobily has participated in exhibitions related to human resources through sponsoring the platinum career day held at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals; also participating as a golden sponsor on the career day held at the Saudi Arabian Cultural Mission in Washington, in addition to sponsoring (Tawteen) exhibition held in Jeddah of this year.
Additionally, Mobily has won the Prince Naif Golden Award for Saudization on transportation and telecommunications sector for the second year in a row, in a ceremony held at Intercontinental hotel in Riyadh last year.
