Mobily named main telecom provider of Burj Rafal

The agreement was signed by Dr. Marwan Al Ahmadi, Mobily's CBO, and Majid Al Hokail, Burj Rafal's executive manager.

Burj Rafal is the first vertical residential self-sustained community in the kingdom. It is a landmark of 70 floors constructed to be the highest residential building in the country.
