Mansoor emphasized how KR takes measured steps to induct Omani staff into the organization.
"Every business manager is required to induct Omani staff at appropriate levels each year. At the corporate level, we focus on training Omani nationals for first time employment in the group as well as induct qualified and experienced staff laterally into the organisaton at various levels," he said.
Having always prided themselves on being a 'People Power company', KR has implemented a chain of initiatives towards harnessing local talent.
