First Motors conducts service advisors contest

First Motors, the exclusive dealers of Hyundai in the Kingdom of Bahrain recently conducted a Service Advisors Contest at their showroom in Ma'ameer as a part of their initiatives to recognize and enhance the service advisors' confidence in providing quality customer care.
This included a test on product and technical information, and awareness about automobile features and specifications, followed by an interview with the service manager who tested their understanding of the service process and their ability to handle real-life customer situations.
After comprehensive evaluation of their performance reviews, Mr. Mohammed Farook Khan emerged victorious with impressive results.
"We pride ourselves in the expertise and skill set of our service team and Mr. Khan's success sets a benchmark to further motivate other Service Advisors to excel in their profession," said, Mr. Raed Mu'ti, General Manager of First Motors.
