First Motors conducts service advisors contest

Five service advisors took part in the contest where their expertise we evaluated on the basis of their knowledge about the different customer care aspects.

This included a test on product and technical information, and awareness about automobile features and specifications, followed by an interview with the service manager who tested their understanding of the service process and their ability to handle real-life customer situations.

After comprehensive evaluation of their performance reviews, Mr. Mohammed Farook Khan emerged victorious with impressive results.
