First Motors introduces Hyundai Premium Assurance Programme

First Motors, the authorized dealers of Hyundai in the kingdom of Bahrain, announces the introduction of the Hyundai Premium Assurance Programme (HPAP) that assures customers of getting the best value for their purchase.

The announcement was made at a VIP and media get together that was hosted by First Motors at the Bahrain City Center on Saturday 28th April, 2012. The event included breakfast at Paul's Restaurant followed by the Hyundai Premium Assurance test-drive of the new Hyundai Centennial and Genesis.

The new programme offers Genesis and Centennial owners a range of benefits including free maintenance, lifetime warranty, attractive trade-in offers and much more.

"At First Motors we understand the importance of after sales services and focus on providing unmatched quality of services at a very competitive price to all our customers," said General Manager Mr. Raed Mu'ti.

Customers are ensured of utmost peace of mind with the Lifetime Warranty that is offered irrespective of mileage limit, and is completely transferable, hence ensuring an attractive re-sale value. Apart from that customers can also benefit from the free 3-year comprehensive service and maintenance that is offered on their vehicle.

Initially launched in 2010, the Lifetime Warranty covers the replacement of any mechanical or electrical parts which fails due to the manufacturing defect (except for consumable parts that need to be changed in the scheduled maintenance or problems that occur from misuse of the car).

To make life easier, customers can also take advantage of the 'buy back guarantee' feature that ensures at least 50% of the original car value after 3 years.

HPAP also includes the Hyundai Road Side Assistance Programme- a 24x7 emergency support provided in the event of any mechanical or electrical breakdown or in the event of an accident. The Road Side Assistance Programme aims at providing emergency road side assistance services round the clock to ensure a pleasurable and uninterrupted journey for all Hyundai drivers.
