  • PRESS RELEASE

In a move to expand upon the hotel's available communication channels and enhance guest experiences, Movenpick Hotel Jumeirah Beach has announced the launch of a new application to access hotel information.

The app enables hotel guests and visitors to explore hotel facilities and offers wherever they are and at any time, whether prior to arrival, after arrival or during their time at the hotel.

The free app is available for download from AppyHotel at the Apple store and gives iPad and iPhone users details of business services, hotel facilities, room amenities, services, things to do, updated restaurant events, spa treatments and special offers. The application was specifically designed for the hotel and allows the property to update the content daily or even hourly, rapidly and effectively disseminating information to guests.

Horst Walther-Jones, General Manager of Movenpick Hotel Jumeirah Beach is pleased with the app's launch.

"Today's tech-savvy guests and customers expect easy access to information from their devices. With this iPad and iPhone app, we provide our guests with instant, convenient information, while also creating a new platform for us to communicate with these guests. We continue to review and research the preferences of our guests in order to further enhance products that will improve guest experiences."
