Mubadala GE Capital celebrates second graduating class of leadership programme

Mubadala GE Capital, a specialised commercial finance company that provides structured financing solutions to businesses, celebrated the second graduating class of its two-year leadership development programs.
Developed in partnership between General Electric (NYSE: GE) and the Mubadala Development Company (Mubadala), the leadership programs comprises a series of intensive training modules in areas including financial management, information management, commercial leadership, human resources and risk management.
This year's graduating class includes Ramzi Farah, Mohammad Qassim and Yousef Hammad, who completed the Financial Management Programme, and Khalifa Al Kaabi and Anaya Al Nahari, who graduated from the Information Technology Leadership Programme.
Ronald Herman, Chief Executive Officer, Mubadala GE Capital, said: "The Mubadala GE Capital Leadership Programs were developed to assist outstanding individuals in reaching their full potential. Although only in its second year, programs are already delivering impressive results.
