Muharraq Mall Company closes deal with Almoayyed Contracting

A contract to construct Muharraq Seef Mall was signed by the Muharraq Mall Company represented by its Chairman Abdulla bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, and Al Moayyed Contracting Co. represented by CEO Mr. Mannil Thomas Mathews.
The development is situated between the Muharraq Club and the Arad Fort, and has been designed to take full advantage of its frontage onto the newly constructed corniche and the Bay. The site is owned by the Muharraq Club which has welcomed this initiative and is providing every assistance to facilitate the project to ensure its success.
The mall will be constructed over 2 retail floors offering approximately 30,000m2 of retail space with ample parking underneath on the ground level. The project also includes an open air amphitheatre that will be used for public and cultural events.
"We are delighted to have appointed Almoayyed Contracting to carry out this project and are convinced that our projectwill provide Muharraq Mall Company and the residents of Muharraqwith a high quality Mall that will serve as a focal point for the Community.This investment is an indication of our confidence in the Kingdom of Bahrain and of the policies and initiatives of the Government," said Shaikh Abdulla on this occasion.
