Muscat college to offer specialised tourism courses

The Arab Tourism Organisation (ATO) has agreed to set up a training centre to offer specialised hotel and tourism industry courses at Muscat Private College (MPC), Muscat Daily has reported. The courses will cover areas such as food and beverages, front office and human resources. "The hospitality industry needs trained professionals in different areas and this centre hopes to cater to that segment of the service sector," said the president advisor at ATO, Saad al Damin.
