Muttawar awards L&T new development contract

Muttawar Omani Co, a subsidiary of Global Omani Development & Investment Co (GLOREI), has awarded the tender for its new residential mixed-use project to Larsen & Toubro - Oman (L&T), Oman Daily Observer has reported. "It was a tough decision to make but after much deliberation, we felt L&T is the right choice given their portfolio of previous projects," said Mohammed al Ghassani, chairman of Muttawar. Faithful + Gould are the project managers and Atkins are the design and supervision consultants for the development.
