He brings with him diverse hospitality experience in the region, including global chains such as Hilton and Rezidor Group. He started his hospitality career with Hilton Egypt in 1999, within the reservations.
He then held the position of Revenue Manager at Radisson Blu Alexandria for two years, after which he moved to Saudi Arabia, where he joined Radisson Blu Riyadh as Director of Revenue Development, spending more than two years with the hotel.
In his new position, Mr. Lotfy will be responsible for the Revenue Department for Mövenpick Hotel & Residences Hajar Tower Makkah, where he is aiming to build up on the current success, and contribute in further optimizing hotel revenue and overall performance.
