Nakheel to award Legacy construction contracts mid-January

Nakheel has announced the contracts for the construction of 381 Legacy Villas at Jumeirah Park are to be awarded by mid-January 2013. Work is due to begin in February, and is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2014, the firm said. Legacy Villas are the latest addition to Nakheel's Jumeirah Park community, which spans 350 hectares and, when complete, will have 2,000 homes. So far, 545 villas have been completed.
