Milaha, Nakilat subsidiary secures $200m loan from Qatar National Bank

The QE Index continued its up-and-down performance Wednesday as the gauge slipped 0.21% to 8,336.37 points. Shares of Qatar Gas Transport Co. or Nakilat and Qatar Navigation, known as Milaha, ended off 0.26% and up 0.16%, respectively. Earlier in the day, Gulf LPG Transport Company, a Qatari liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) shipping company owned jointly by Milaha and Nakilat, said it secured financing amounting to $200m from Qatar National Bank or QNB in a deal brokered by Nakilat. QNB shares dipped 0.15%.
