Nathalie's Café in TwoFour54 enjoyed successful launch on Tuesday 22nd January

Nathalie's cuisine is preservative and additive free, and low in fat and sugar and in keeping with the focus on freshness, is prepared daily.

The menu will evolve regularly with a range of influences from around the world serving from 8am - 8pm.

Start your day with a breakfast before work, taking in a tempting array of artisan breads, and pastries, low-fat croissants, whole-wheat muffins, and granola parfaits to enjoy with your coffee or tea.

Those dining in the day can indulge in a selection of delicious heart-warming soups, such as barley and mixed bean, or a choice of five innovative fresh homemade salads - why not try a quinoa salad with chicken, dry apricot, capsicum and spring onion? In winter the Nathalie's 'Hot Stuff,' selection will hit the spot, offering sustaining mains such as beef and vegetable teriyaki skewer with mini stuffed leek and chive potato. Foodies will also be able to savour the best of local Arabic flavours such as the sandwiches in the 'Grab and Go' section: minted halloumi or chicken-zaatar and dried fig marmalade baguettes, ciabatta and panini.

Quench your thirst with a smoothie, bursting with fruit flavors, or sample the huge array of coffees, from espresso to mocha frapuccino, or a refreshing herbal hibiscus ice tea. At Nathalie's being healthy doesn't have to exclude the odd indulgence either. Sate sugar cravings with a guilt-free sweet indulgence, free of artificial sweeteners and suitable for diabetics such as Smore cookies or a chocolate pecan fudge brownie.

As well as a weekday staple, it is hoped that Nathalie's Cafe will become an ideal weekend brunch and evening destination, offering a stylish outdoor terrace with wooden garden furniture, including designer rocking chairs. As summer approaches, guests can remain indoors, with a décor inspired by a French farmhouse.
