- PRESS RELEASE
Occupying a prime waterfront position on the Abu Dhabi Corniche, Nation Towers, is the UAE capital's latest luxury development to welcome its first tenants. Nation Towers comprises twin towers that feature luxury high-rise apartments, deluxe office space, a boutique style mall, a beach club and the five-star St. Regis Hotel.
The residential tower extends over 64 stories, accommodating 360 - one, two and three-bedroom loft style and simplex apartments, complete with floor-to-ceiling windows, high-end finishes and a range of luxurious fixtures and fittings.
One truly unique feature of the development and unrivalled in Abu Dhabi, will be its exclusive private beach club "Nation Riveria", situated on the Corniche and accessed via a private air conditioned tunnel under the Corniche Road. The club, which is due to be operational in the coming months, includes swimming pools, restaurant, lounge and kids club set within landscaped grounds.
Tenants will also be able to enjoy access to a roof top swimming pool, lounge bars, restaurants, gyms, and an elegant spa, including a Jacuzzi and sauna.
"Prime developments like Nation Towers offer a high-end lifestyle that is satisfying pent up demand at the top end of the market, which was underscored by the high level of leasing activity witnessed prior to the opening," said Paul Maisfield, Associate Director & General Manager Abu Dhabi, Asteco Property Management.
Tower two provides a very smart business address indeed. Situated below the St. Regis hotel, Nation Offices offers 24,460 square metres of prime office space extending over 32 storeys.
Above the offices is the 283 key St. Regis Hotel which has 11 food and beverage outlets, including one by Michelin-star chef Gary Rhodes.
Finally what mixed development would be complete without 19,300 square metres of retail space in the Nation Galleria which comprises a wide range of food and beverage outlets along with convenience retail.
According to the latest H2 2012 report from Asteco, many of the quality developments in Abu Dhabi have generally been able to sustain their current rental rates given strong levels of demand as tenants relocate from older properties in a flight to quality and value-for-money.
"Significant new developments such as Nation Towers have raised the quality of living and working standards in the capital," said Maisfield.
