The car rental company is the first rental outfit to offer the new Volvo XC 90 in the Emirates. Hertz UAE has also added to its fleet the new model Toyota Previa, which is now available from its 13 branches throughout the country.
'Dubai Summer Surprises has an enormous amount to offer Gulf families and, expecting many of them to flock to Dubai, we have taken active steps to accommodate their special requirements and make sure we become the car rental company of their choice,' said Bob Farrow, General Manager of Hertz UAE, which is part of Al-Futtaim Group.
Up until August 29, as part of the Summer Surprises promotion, car rental users are entitled to a free vehicle upgrade.
Hertz introduces next generation 4X4 from Volvo in UAE
Following Hertz UAE's earlier decision to slash prices by 30 per cent and offer free upgrades for the Dubai Summer Surprises Festival, the company has now also boosted its fleet with new 4x4s to accommodate the influx of families from all over the Gulf region visiting the UAE for the festivities.
