Mashreqbank launches Mall Banking

"This represents a new and different dimension to how Mashreqbank enables customers to contact and transact, as it stays open 10.00am to 10.00pm on all days except Friday which is 2.00pm to 10.00pm" says Steven Pinto, Senior Vice President of Mashreqbank.

"With this new service, Mashreqbank customers can make all enquiries pertaining to their banking needs, or apply for a new bank account, credit cards, investments & loans. Additionally, this unit has been equipped with very advanced ATMs whereby & apart from the regular cash withdrawals & enquiries, now the customers can deposit cash with an instant credit into their accounts & obtain an image of their deposited checks with a proof of deposit, said Mr. Pinto.

To ensure service is available around the clock, the Mall unit has been equipped with an internet facility for customers who prefer to access their accounts online & with a phone banking facility that puts our customers in touch with our staff 24 hours a day 365 days a year.

Plans are in place to open a few more of these Mall Service Centers around the country based on research-based evaluation of available locations.
