First ever Timeshare and Resort Investment Conference to be held in Dubai

The first ever Timeshare and Resort Investment Conference (TRIC) in the Middle Eastern region will be held in Dubai on December 8, 2003 at The Arabian Court of the prestigious One and only Royal Mirage Hotel.

The event will attract attendance from hotel and property developers, investors, financial advisors, consultants, architects and various management companies from all over the Middle East and North Africa.

"The remarkable growth in tourism and the booming construction industry in Dubai have led us to choose this Emirate as a venue for the conference. The timeshare industry has a tremendous potential in this region, hence we are keen to educate industry professionals on the role of the industry and its functionalities," says Mr. David R. Clifton, Managing Director for Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia - Interval International.

"The conference is designed to introduce the concept and operations of timeshare industry. Over one day, delegates will gain a detailed insight into the phenomenal growth of this dynamic industry, the steps necessary for successful entry into the industry, how to develop a mixed-use resort and how to sell and market timeshare successfully", he adds.
