Aznita Aziz, Health & Recreation Club Manager at Dubai Ladies Club said, 'The Club has developed a plan that will cover a host of sporting activities that target women from various age groups.'
'We believe that such initiatives will improve the overall well being and fitness level of women. The programme will cover sports such as tennis, squash and swimming. The Dubai Ladies Club will also organize special tournaments for children between 5 to 13 years old during school weekends.'she said.
Aznita said that professional instructors will provide training for individial and group members and children as well. The Club houses special tennis courts, equipments and playgrounds for the different activities.
Beside the Health & Recreation Club the Dubai Ladies Club also featues the Art & Talent Center, Al Asala Health Spa and several restaurants by the beach.

Dubai Ladies Club announced that it will be organizing a number of sports tournaments in order to encourage the participation of women in sports and improve their fitness level.
