External storage solutions firm Western Digital has unveiled its latest network storage systems, aimed at small and home offices. The WD ShareSpace system is the company's first foray into the small office storage sector of the market.

Panasonic will launch some of its most important products at Gitex 2008. These include the world's largest plasma television, a 150 inch VIERA. The group will also launch two high definition next-generation plasma televisions, new high definition camcorders and a line of SLR cameras. Gitex 2008 will be the company's biggest presence so far, with a 1,000msq stand at the expo.
