Some Dubai rentals set to fall in 2012

The annual real estate outlook for the UAE property market from analysts Jones Lang LaSalle paints a mixed picture - with rental decline in some areas and small growth in others. Dubai Metro Green Line a significant achievement in 2011

The opening on 11-11-2011 of the Dubai Metro's Green Line signified another big development in the infrastructure of the Emirate.
