Video: Dubai Airports has announced that Dubai World Central will start to receive passenger flights from 27th October 2013. Phil Blizzard reports on the commencement of flights into what will become the world's largest airport. Launch airlines include the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's Nas Air and Central European based Wizz Air who will be launching services into Dubai from four cities - Budapest, Bucharest, Sofia and Kiev.
