Lord Mayor of City of London talks at DIFC

The Lord Mayor of the City of London is the global ambassador for the whole UK based financial services industry and the made Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) has first stop on his world tour. Phil Blizzard spoke to Alderman Nick Anstee on the 'mood' of the UK's financial centre, "rebuilding trust", the City's relationship with Dubai and in particualar resolving the issue of financing Dubai World from a UK perspective.
