Rail regulation critical, as UAE plans countrywide transport network

The UAE has one of the world's current biggest rail projects in the planning stages. With tender due to be issued early next year, Bassam Mansour, Expert - Trains & Railway Systems, National Transport Authority, outlines the importance of independent regulation.
