Mubadala, USD620m loan

Abu Dhabi government-owned Mubadala Development has secured a USD620m syndicated loan, reported Gulf News. The funds will be used to finance the company's joint acquisition, along with Volkswagen and Saudi Olayan Group of Dutch fleet management company LeasePlan Corp.
