Weekly Newsletter

Weekly Newsletter advertising positions

Description

AME Info's Weekly Newsletter is sent by e-mail to the exclusive AME Info database of currently 120,000+ business executives from the Middle East every Sunday evening GMT+4.

The database is opt-in only and cleaned for bounces on a weekly basis via the weekly newsletter and hence the open-rate is relatively high.

The list was established in 2001 and has been receiving weekly updates since. The database is updated on a regular basis by sending reminder messages and by centralised user profiles and subscriptions.

The Weekly Newsletter offers 4 commercial positions as follows:

1 - Topsponsor
The most prominent position and the very first thing a user sees when opening the newsletter. The position can be animated GIF and a lot of space for creativity is made available.

2 - Featured position
This position is typically used for upcoming events across the region. Featured Position is a cost-efficient and excellent tool to increase awareness (maximum 4 positions in one single newsletter).

3 - Skyscraper
The standard IAB skyscraper position is a very efficient product not least thanks to its prominent size and position. The product is excellent for time-sensitive events.

4 - BreakerAds
A breakerAd is inserted for every 25 stories in the newsletter (typically 4-5). The position can be animated GIF and a lot of space for creativity is made available.

Notes
All messages are sent from AME Info (no forged addresses) and each message will carry a clear disclaimer stating who the sender is and how to be removed from future messages.

Topsponsorship should be booked well in advance as we are typically pre-booked 4-6 weeks in advance.

Data Reported
Open rate & click-through. Javascripts and Rich Media are not acceptable, therefore third party tracking can potentially be unreliable.

Ad Specifications

  • Animation is limited to first 15 seconds, looping is unlimited within 15 seconds. Please keep animation smooth and fluid, using slow motions and gentle fades. Fast and abrupt motion has been shown to be highly irritating. Avoid experiences that 'break-through' the page or abuse the content.
  • Ad opens into new browser (target=_blank).
