Nineteen industry speakers to take part at Dubai Masterclass

Hill International and the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) have announced that the internationally acclaimed Masterclass in Construction Delay and Disruption will return to Dubai, UAE this year on November 5 and 6. This is the first time since 2009 that the event has been held in the UAE.
Dr Franco Mastrandrea, Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Hill International, who earned his LL.B., from the University of London and M.Sc. and Ph.D. from the University of Reading, said, "The Masterclass provides an excellent opportunity to share knowledge and information between delegates, and legal and technical experts from around the world. We're delighted to be hosting the latest of these events in this region. This Masterclass has been designed to provide the most useful and pertinent information to all attendees from architects and developers to contractors, lawyers and all those involved in the construction and engineering industries."
Dr Mastrandrea will be speaking on issues relating to cost and quantum analysis as well as joining a panel debate at the end of the two-day event.
With over 35 years of global experience in the management of disputes and forensic quantum analysis, a law degree and the exclusive author of an impressive list of text books on the subject, Mr. Jeff Whitfield, Director at Hill International, widely regarded as an authoritative expert within his field, will be one of several technical leaders presenting at the Masterclass.
Chris Blythe, CEO of the Chartered Institute of Building, commented, "The Masterclasses are now firmly established as world class events that attract top level speakers and delegates from all over the world."
