  • PRESS RELEASE

Minerva has signed a distribution agreement with Nomadix for the distribution of its products across the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region.

Minerva will distribute Nomadix's wireless connectivity solutions using its distribution network of service providers and system integrators in the MEA region, with a specific focus on those who are deploying public Internet access networks and visitor based networks in the hospitality and public sector markets.

Minerva's reputation for being one of the leading distributors in the region is maintained through their excellent customer service and technical expertise. Coupled with distributing the highest quality products from leading vendors around the world, this new distribution agreement with Nomadix is an ideal complement to Minerva's portfolio.

Alexander Allen, CEO of Minerva commented, "This recent distribution agreement strengthens our position as the MEA region's leading value added distributor for cutting-edge communications solutions, including wireless broadband, wireless local area network (WLAN), two way radio and TETRA products."

Nomadix, the innovator and pioneer of public gateways, recently added two new products to its portfolio, a network monitoring tool called Nomadix Internet Traffic Optimizer (NITO) and the Nomadix Wireless Connect Gateway (NWCG). The Minerva team will use their expertise to deliver these cost-effective, reliable and cutting-edge solutions to their partners with the trust they deserve.

Minerva will provide training and support to both new and existing partners enabling them to sell the Nomadix products and demonstrate specifically how well suited the NWCG is for smaller establishments, such as coffee shops, bars and supermarkets, all of which are growing markets in the Middle East.

We see a tremendous opportunity to expand our presence in the Middle East and Africa, as Internet access demand continues to increase in those regions," said Fred Reeder, chief commercial and operating officer of Nomadix. "Minerva has great reach in MEA and we are pleased to partner with them in this effort."
