Noor Islamic Bank selects RSI Concepts to design, test and install queue management system

Noor Islamic Bank (Noor) has selected RSI Concepts, a leading provider of customer management solutions, to design, test and install a state-of-the-art queue management system in its branches throughout the UAE.

The RSI Queue system was selected after a rigorous evaluation. Fully featured RSI Queue systems will be installed in each branch; featuring floor mounted ticket dispensing machines and a combination of LCD and LED screens to give high quality display views for customers and an advanced sound system.

John Chang, Head of Retail Banking at Noor said: "Providing customers with premier services is our foremost priority. The RSI Queue system is the perfect solution to managing the increasing number of customers visiting our branches. It will help us offer the exceptional level of service our customers expect and deserve when they visit one of our branches."

Shehzad Asghar, Projects Manager, RSI Concepts said: "It was quite challenging to go through the evaluation rounds to ensure the RSI Queue solution met all the business and technical requirements of Noor Islamic Bank. This project marks the inception of a new era for RSI Queue in the banking industry."

Installation of the RSI Queue systems in Noor's bank branches is scheduled to be completed by the end of the year.

Noor Islamic Bank is 50% owned by the Dubai government and 5% owned by the Emirates Investment Authority; the remaining 45% is held high net worth individuals in the UAE.
