His commitment to Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts spans more than 7 years, with key executive positions in UAE. Prior to his newly appointed role, he was General Manager of Mövenpick Hotel and Apartments Bur Dubai and most recently Mövenpick Hotel Deira, where he led the pre-opening team.

An enthusiastic, result-orientated hotelier, Nugent has built a strong track record for delivering high service standards, achieving profitability and boosting market share. Originally from Ireland, his extensive experience in leading multi-cultural teams makes him a perfect fit in Dubai's cosmopolitan hospitality industry.
