Driven by the objective of encouraging community service and building on the success of its corporate social responsibility efforts, Nuqul Group represented by its Vice Chairman Ghassan Nuqul and CEO Salim Karadsheh continues its fruitful partnership with INJAZ that involves direct engagement and mentorship for INJAZ programs including the Company Course, Social Leaders Program and the Business Leaders Campaign.

Nuqul Group's CEO, Salim Karadsheh, commented: "It is an honor to be part of INJAZ organization's programs; I commend the efforts of the dedicated team and I will continue to support them in both my personal and corporate capacities. Being on the panel of juries and judging the creative ideas that belong to INJAZ Business Entrepreneurship program "The Company Course" has been an inspiring experience. Our youth are definitely talented and such platforms encouraging entrepreneurship will empower them to create their own career, job creation is challenging and the right mentorship can lead to impactful results."

On this occasion, Vice Chairman of Nuqul Group, Ghassan Nuqul, said: "Nuqul Group believes in the importance of empowering our youth, they are our future leaders and we must contribute to the process of developing their careers. Our Jordanian society needs innovative entrepreneurs, and I enjoyed mentoring an ambitious participant. The Social Leaders Program has been a motivational initiative and I am proud to be part of the team "Irmah" which won the first place."

It is worth mentioning that both Ghassan Nuqul and Salim Karadsheh were personally involved in the Business Leaders Campaign and they shared their own experiences in life with the students guiding their future plans by giving tips about challenges, opportunities and lessons learnt.

The Social Leaders Program achieved excellent results and Mr. Nuqul's student won the first prize with his project "IRMAH" which focused on bridging the gap between different societal levels through the active engagement in sports and the adoption of a healthy lifestyle - a motivational approach that aimed at broadening their horizons by preparing them to embark on a journey of personal discovery and change.
