NVIDIA appoints Iman Mozaffari to head Middle East operations

NVIDIA announced that it has appointed Iman Mozaffari as its Sales Manager for Middle East. Based in Dubai, Mozaffari will be heading up NVIDIA's new presence in the region.

Bringing over eight years experience in the local IT industry, Mozaffari worked with Golden Systems (a NVIDIA distributor in the UAE) from 2005 as product Manager , becoming its Sales and Product Director in 2009. In his role at Golden Systems, he worked in product procurement and sales as well channel management and marketing strategy for over 20 brands including Intel, Gigabyte, Zotac, Kingston, Kingmax, Asus, Cooler Master, Epson, WD, and Logitech.

In his new role with NVIDIA, Mozaffari promises to 'focus on expanding our channel network across the region while investing in local resources to help our OEM and distribution partners grow their business'.

"We have great GPU solutions for our gaming, mobile, design and computing users," said Mozaffari.

"Whilst we have been present in the market for several years now, with the changes and additions to our NVIDIA product offering, it is important for us to have a local entity and presence to enhance and continue our growth in the region."
