Marriott International, Inc. has announced the JW Marriott Marquis Dubai, that is set to open by the end of 2012, is expected to enjoy high occupancy rates within the first two years of the hotel's opening, Gulf News has reported. The hotel would have an occupancy rate between 70% to 80% in the first two years after its opening, said Rupprecht Queitsch, general manager of the JW Marriott Marquis Dubai. "Dubai as a destination is well suited for the JW brand. The easy access to airlines, beaches, sports and leisure centres all make it the ideal destination for travellers," Queitsch told the daily.
